Our return policy lasts for 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, exactly as you received it. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm your refund or replacement via email.
Because our products are consumable and crafted for wellbeing, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been shipped.

We take great care in packing each order, but if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
