SHIPPING INFORMATION

COVID-19 NEWS AND UPDATES

Due to the current worldwide pandemic, we are experiencing delays to our shipping services. All delivery timeframes are NOT a guarantee.

For Domestic/Australian orders: it may take up to 2 weeks to reach you. We encourage you to select the express option if you are eager for your order however please note the express post 1-3 business day is no longer guaranteed. For the health and safety of delivery services, no parcels will require a signature on delivery. Please select a secure address when placing your order.

Shipping times

- Australia Post Regular: 2-6 Business Days  (with tracking and signature)

- Australia Post Express: 1-3 Business Days  (with tracking and signature)

  

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received FREE shipping on your order and decide to return/refund your items, you will be refunded the order amount minus the actual cost for shipping. 

 

RETURNS INFORMATION

Our policy lasts for 14 days. If we have not heard from you within 14 days of purchase, we cannot offer a return or refund.

 

  • Due to sanitary reasons we do not accept returns on any skincare/bath products unopened or otherwise.
  • We are not responsible for how YOUR skin reacts to a product, all items have been tried, tested and loved by many people who have not had any kind of reactions.
  • If the item is faulty in any way, please contact us and instruct us on the fault.
  • We don’t return or refund for change of mind or if the product has been used.
  • If the wrong item arrives, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  • Products will be shipped once payment is made. Shipping will be calculated at time of payment.

 

Orders over $100 will be shipped for free.
